Thorough Selection of Cleaners

We implement a rigorous selection process to ensure we partner with only the finest domestic cleaners. Every cleaner is visited in their own home as part of this process, with ID and references, both personal and business-related, being required. Many cleaners are seen during this process; a number fail. Our standards, by necessity, are very high.

Loyalty Reward:

We GUARANTEE that our fees, contained within the hourly rate, will NEVER increase for a minimum of FIVE years from using our service.

Peace of Mind

Cleaners are covered by a £2,000,000 insurance policy provided by us, and for additional peace of mind, we have a team of 4 customer service team members whose job is to ensure our customer standards are met, and if and when required, replacement, vetted, and DBS-checked cleaners are provided for periods of sickness, holiday relief, or cleaners leaving; terms and conditions apply.

For One-Off Cleans, Simply Follow the Instructions Below…

Give us a call on 0191 359 29 32 between 9 to 5 pm Monday to Friday, or 9 am to 12 noon on a Saturday, and we’ll answer any questions. Then, if you want to proceed, provide us with the details of the property and location, and pay a £10 initial payment (we’ll send a link to your mobile device). This payment covers insurance as well as our administration fee, after which, you can leave the rest to us.

Dependent on the nature of your one-off service, your assigned cleaner may or may not suggest that she call to view the precise nature of what is required; you can discuss this when she rings you to finalise a start date. Payment is made to the cleaner on the day the work is completed, normally in cash, although you’re welcome to agree on an alternative method if you prefer.

Customer Service

A member of our Customer Support Team periodically touches base with each client, and especially so when you first begin using our regular weekly or fortnightly service, in order to make certain you are happy with the cleaner and the standards achieved; they’re always there if you need them.
